In addition, CCCA has recruited a team of experienced advisors, whom each represent their respective industries. Whenever we received a formal complaint, we would first consult these advisors for their professional opinions. We would also invite these advisors to be the keynote speaker during our regular public seminars, where they would provide professional advice on their respective field to the attendees.
