9.1 The Board of Directors may, from time to time, appoint an auditor or auditors to hold office for such period as the Board of Directors may determine.  

9.2 All financial accounts of the Society shall be audited annually at least 10 days prior to the annual meeting by a chartered accountant or certified general accountant and a financial statement shall be submitted to the general meeting.  

9.3 An auditor shall be informed forthwith in writing of appointment or removal.  

9.4 No director and no employee of the Society shall be an auditor.
