In 2009, CCCA has delivered 13 education seminars in Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver and Coquitlam to groups of immigrants, seniors and women. Seminar topics ranges from general consumer rights and responsibilities, issues relating to purchases such as cars, home security systems, home renovations, food, problems involving fraud and scams and financial literacy.
